Keto friendly and taste great
As another reviewer mentioned I do think it can taste a bit like white cheddar. Not a bad thing, but I noticed it's more evident when I add more milk or cream to the powder. When I add less to the powder, I can taste the blue a bit more.... its not as strong but enough for me... which I prefer. Overall it's great for me.

I like it to add a bit od blue cheese flavor to my wings and salad dressing.

Close but, not close enough
If you like the white pat of the blue cheese you may like this but, if you like the funky moldy part of the blue cheese, like I do. You will not like this powder. It gets close but, not close enough for me.

Chicken buffalo Dip
I used this in my chicken buffalo dip and it was so tasty. Just used the powder into my dip.Made blue cheese dressing it was very good.
