Q: The cord cable line wire that goes from the phone to the wall is not long enough. we need one 33 ft long. please help resolve this problem?

Please look on Amazon under telephone cords, of course they stock quite a variety! I actually saw one 33’ long💥‼️👍

Q: Can you turn the ringer up?

There is no way to turn the ringer up or turn it completely off. We've looked everywhere on it and cannot find a way to adjust the ringer. That being said, we love it. It is in our kitchen. We also bought the longer cord that is available so we can sit at the kitchen table when talking on it.

Q: Does the wall phone come with the cord that attaches it to the wall mount?

I was going to install this in my workshop. Workshop was built in 1990. The phone in question did not work because the connector on the phone was wrong and would not mate with the existing wall connector. I sent the phone back for a refund. I don't know about the quality of this phone because I never got it hooked up. It did have a kinda' cheap flimsy feel to it. It's difficult to find a decent phone these days with good volume and sound quality. Over a hundred years since Alexander Graham Bell and we can't even make a good ,practical, no nonsense telephone. What a disgrace.
