Please double check the chain to make sure it does not have barbs or sharp pieces that would cut your hand or the dog. My chain
The product was shipped in a nice plastic rapper and in a very nice bag. However, the chain l received had an issue, but I was able to work with the Management team from the Company and we were able to quickly resolve the issue. The chains are extremely nice very shine and will look great on my dog (English Mastiff).The staff member at the Loveshine Company was very nice and easy to work with they could not have been nicer and more willing to fix the problem once I had notified them of the issue.Thank you again for your great customer service Lily it was greatly appreciated.Best Regards, Joe Culligan

Size does matter!
The only problem that I have is that every time I order a product made in China, their measurements never add up. I'm glad I went with the longer length because it just fit him.

Not durable at all and would not recommend.
This was not a durable choke collar at all. Our dog snapped it within 1 day with ease. Not durable at all. Paid $25 for absolutely nothing.
