Hickory Farms Beef Summer Sausage, 10 Ounce

I buy these sausage rolls every year for both my Dad and myself around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. We both like them and three rolls will last all the way thru the holidays. Pick your favorite cheese and crackers to go with and you have a tasty snack! There two types...Summer sausage and beef sausage... either are just fine with me. I hardy recommend this product.

Amazing taste.

Better than most.

Hickory farms summer sausage is my favorite brand. So I decided to try ordering off of Amazon.It looked very pale, not as red as usual. Like it was undercooked.It went bad just a few days after opening it. Usually it lasts for at least a week if not 2 or 3 after opening and storing in the fridge.

Biting into this sausage brought back childhood memories. Hickory Farms you rock!!!

Hickory Farms products taste wonderful, the shipping was fast, but they mailed me the wrong product. I didn't notice it because once I got it I threw it in the fridge until the holidays and by then it just seems wrong to return it.

I love Hickory Farms products. I specifically like Hickory Farms Beef Stick which is what ai ordered. What I got was Hickory Farms Summer Sausage which isn't Beef Stick. Amazon was kind enough to refund me, but I can't send the Summer Sausage back because it's a food product. Just seems like a waste.
