So cute...
I love my Petit Qoobo ! It is quite relaxing to caress its fur and the tail's movements in reaction to a sudden noise, a tap or a vigourous caress are very funny.I know it is nothing more than a furry cushion with an animated tail but it makes a very nice pet...

Expensive but does have uses beyond what you initially think
I was a little confused when I first saw this. It looks like something you'd expect to see in a documentary about Japan, and well, turns out that's exactly what it is, so much so that it doesn't actually come with a UK plug so you will need an adapter. It is basically a soft 'pet' that you can have on your lap or in your bed. It has a feint heartbeat that you can hear when you put your ear to it, it will wag its tail when you speak or pet it, stick it up when it hears a loud noise etc. It's kinda cute. Our first reaction in the west might be to look at this a little strangely, but it actually has some good uses for example:- Elderly people with dementia or other illnesses where they cannot have a real pet- People with allergies who want something to stroke or snuggle up to- People who are not allowed real pets in their rented house/flat- Loneliness and/or depression- For young pets who's mother didn't make it through the birthI have even seen examples of people using these who recently lost a pet and are not ready to get another one yet but miss having them on their lap at home.A couple of improvements I would like to see:- The tail is quite loud, you can really hear that it is mechanical and it distracts from the idea of it being a cute little pet- The zip is super obvious, it would have been nice to see thicker fur around it to help cover it.Overall I think it's nice that products like this exist as there are genuine uses for them. It is expensive though, currently sitting at £120 with a 17% voucher bringing it to £99.60. I think you are overpaying for what you get, but it's also worth remembering that it's quite a niche product which usually requires a higher price to compensate for fewer sales. For the right person in the right situation, this could make such a difference and for that I think the price is ok.

I don’t even know what to say
I’m so this is the weirdest bust most interesting little thing I’ve came across. My daughter have sensory issues and animals are a big no no. She’s not keen much on humans either because people are just as unpredictable.I saw this and thought mmmm maybe it could be a companion that didn’t overstep her boundaries and still gave her autonomy because she could just turn it off.She adores this thing. She strokes it, she lies on it to feel the heartbeat pulsation and I think it gives her comforts. For anyone who who can’t tolorate animals because of smell noise. Or anything else but like the comfort of it then this is actually perfect.. it’s expensive yes it is for a robot that looks like an onion but compacted to an animal then it’s not really.I’ve paid crazy amounts of money to help my child feel happy and safe in a world that’s hell bent on not giving her those same accommodations so it really isn’t that much in comparison. You can’t put a price on giving your child a companion and a way to self soothe and regulate. It charges well and feels so soft. The only thing I’d say is cleaning can be tricky but I find wet wipes and some leave in conditioner works a treat at keeping it clean and soft

Strange, soft and possibly genius
Well, this is certainly one of the strangest things I've ever had the chance to sample. This robot pet/pillow/cushion is very strange to unpack from the box and I wasn't sure quite what to expect once it was working. It's like a small, furry cushion with a small robotic tail which wags in response to certain stimulus. If you put ear to it, you can hear a subtle heartbeat. The variety of tail movement is quite entertaining, and after a while you really do get a s sense that it's responding to the environment and what you do.It might work quite literally as an alternative to a cat or dog as a pet for those aren't able to keep pets in certain properties or who suffer too much from allergies. I can see it really working as something more like a companion for children who might benefit from something like a therapy dog, for elderly people prone to loneliness or even suffering from dementia. The cost is obviously something to consider but at least you don't have to feed it like an actual pet! The tail wagging isn't exactly silent either so it's not a 5 star product for me, but after the initial confusion I can see all sorts of people who might benefit from having one.

Strange but kinda cool
This review is for the Petit Qoobo Marron (Brown) / Cushion, Pillow, Fur, Fluffy, Petite, Cat, Kitty, Tail, Robot , Pet.What an odd product. However i kinda like it. Is a furry, fluffy device that has a moving tail. It woks pretty well. The kids love it and think it really cool. I'm a bit on the fence as I don't really get the purpose of it. But as a product its good and well made.
