Eliminated the dementia type symptoms and brain fog at the 5000 mcg level
Great product. Works wonderfully to keep my low B-12 jitters and memory fog at bay. It definitely makes a difference. Something to keep in mind...your body does not store B-12 so you have to constantly replenish it. If you take any type of acid controller for heartburn, or gerd (reflux) your body has a very hard time absorbing B-12 that you take orally by swallowing since it uses acid in the stomach and gut to break it down into a form that can be absorbed. Zantac, Prevacid, Prilosec, Nexium, Pepcid, the list goes on. All of these can block the bodies ability to absorb certain vitamins & nutrients. This tablet is a sublingual version (melts under the tongue) and being that it is the methyl version it is already in a form that the body can absorb easily. It works better than tablets that you swallow. Also Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) that you get at the dentist can completely deplete your body's B-12. Make sure to take a tablet after having Nitrous to replenish your body's supply. Another benefit of B12 is it's ability to give you energy. It's not a caffeine boost but over a period of a week or two after first taking the B12 I did notice an increase in my energy level and definitely affected my overall mood. My B-12 was around 200 before taking the B-12 tablets and I was feeling dementia like symptoms. It still showed in the safe "normal" range from the lab report but I know from reading "Could it be B-12" that the minimum needs to be around a 600. My symptoms disappeared in about 2 weeks of taking 5000 mcg per day. I have since reduced my dosage to the 1000 mcg daily but I noticed some symptoms returning (numbness and tingling in palms) so I am going back to the 5000 mcg dose of Solgar Methyl B12

Why Such a Big Bottle for Such Tiny Pills? I Like Them, Though.
I had to laugh when I opened the bottle to find the tiny tablets at the very bottom. It seems like such a waste of packaging. That said, the quality of the supplement seems quite good. The taste is mild and agreeable, kind of a cherry flavor, and it dissolves easily in the mouth. It's sublingual so keep it under your tongue. I didn't notice an energy "jolt" or even a more awake feeling but after two weeks it's made a difference in my circulation -- I think. I've suffered with cold/sensitive toes for the past couple of years and just the weight of the bedcovers would drive me up the wall. I've tried wearing soft socks to bed (turned inside-out to keep the seam from rubbing on my toes) and that offered only minimal results. And my toes always felt cold, especially in bed, even with a heated blanket on. I read that the condition could be from a lack of Vitamin B12, so I started researching the best supplement to take. Solgar Methylcobalamin topped the list.A couple of days after starting the B12, my toes didn't seem so sensitive. I thought it could be a placebo effect but I kept taking them. Still, after two weeks, I still have relief. Not complete, but very close to complete. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I don't think so. I've also noticed that the tips of my fingers, which always got a little numb and tingly when I was anxious aren't doing that anymore.Like I said, it's only been two weeks but I think it's working. I'm giving the tablets four stars for now, but if the condition doesn't return, I'll come back and give them five stars. It's worth a try.

Good little candylike vitamin
First of all it's the Methylcobalamin version of B12. This is the better version of the b12. Cyanocobalamin is the synthetic version and not as well absorbed as this one.People are complaining that it doesn't dissolve in 30 seconds etc. So let me explain how it goes: it's a tiny little nugget that you put under your tongue and suck on. If you can suck on a lollipop or eat a little candy, this pill will be even easier, since it's way smaller. The pill is the size of a tiny little breadcrumb! So that's doable! Even it's more than '30' seconds. My wife has troubles swallowing pills etc and she does just fine with this one.

This product works as hoped!!!
This product works as hoped. My doctor told me my B12 levels were at 7. That is really bad, if I remember correctly 400 to 1100 is the recommended low/high. First I was told to get a B12 complex that cost $55 per month (or shots every two weeks). That stuff interacted with other meds very badly; I sent it back for a refund, not an Amazon purchase. Then I found this on Amazon and started with the 1000MCG pills. That is 16666% over normal. Now it is 3 months later; my first purchase was Oct. 23rd. I'm now on my second bottle and had blood tests done last week to see if it works as hoped. Well I was so excited when the test came back at 1300, over the top. Now mind you I was doubling up once or twice a week to be sure it would; no more only once a day. Now for $4 dollars a month (not $55), one pill a day under the tongue and a big problem vital to nerve health is resolved. Note the type of B12 and use only this "Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000mcg, 60 Nuggets". Other types I tried did not work. My thanks to Amazon and Solgar for making and selling this B12 product.

A superior B12 supplement for energy and health
After using Nature’s Bounty Vitamin B12 for a while, I decided to switch to Solgar Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg, and I’m so glad I did. This supplement has a body-ready, active form of Vitamin B12, which I’ve found to be more effective for my energy levels. I notice a clear boost in my energy metabolism, and I feel more focused throughout the day.The 60 nuggets are easy to take, and I appreciate that they are non-GMO, vegan, gluten- and dairy-free, and kosher—perfect for my dietary preferences. I also find them to dissolve easily, making them a convenient option compared to other B12 supplements I’ve tried.I’ve been using this for several weeks, and it has definitely helped me maintain better energy and overall well-being. I highly recommend Solgar Methylcobalamin for anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and effective B12 supplement.
