Q: How long does this product last?

Depends on where in tear. The product didn't peel or fade, the grout would just get stained with dirt. I re-applied after a year to my kitchen and front foyer areas. This was in a home in the woods with three kids that never removed their shoes.

Q: Can this be used on a mix of type s mortar, sand, and dark brown dye? we used this mix for our outside grout in our exterior stone i don't like it?

Only used it inside and it is fantastic.

Q: My dog wet on the bathroon tile and grout. Will this cleaner remove stains (other one I tried didn't)
