Maple Leaf All Natural Medium Whole Duck, 4.25 to 5.75 Pound - 6 per case

I loved the quickness of delivery and quality of the product was great. Good duck has been hard to find and very high end. This was worth the price and convienient to purchase.

I bought a Maple Leaf duck to serve for Christmas dinner this past December. Preparing duck is time consuming but the end result is always delicious. I used my usual recipe and when family arrived (there were just four of us for dinner) it was time to carve.Imagine realizing that on an almost five pound duck there wasn't half an inch of meat on the breast anywhere. I scraped and salvaged what I could from the legs and the thin bit of breast. Each of us got a few tablespoons of duck and the rest was carcass...glad I had plenty of the other side dishes or we'd have gone hungry. It was awful, and very disappointing to say the least. I've never had a duck of such poor quality before, and I won't be buying this brand again.
