I usually don't review but I had to on this one because I read they are BPA free and dishwasher so I went ahead and purchase, then I recevie the cups and there are NO markings for BPA free and NO markings to indicate they are dishwasher safe... Come on, what a waste of my time... So I am writing this review to save both consumer and the manufacturer time for future returns!!!

The girls were so excited when we received these mugs, they each claimed a color and the used the mug with and without the straws. One day, one of my girls proudly dropped the mug in the sink after finishing a drink and when I got to it, I noticed that water had gone in between the 2 layers and regardless how hard I shook, I can't seem the get the water out. Since then, I had been extra careful with the remaining mugs and always washed them right away but even so, after a couple of days, condensation formed between the 2 layers and I can even see bubbles. Of course, we stopped using them right away and the items are going back. However, I worried that UPS may not accept them since there are liquids between the 2 layers. For the price, I would have expected much better quality.

I bought these for my 83 year ols father in law so he wouldn't slip . in the description it says non shatter. Can be drop from any height. My father in law drop it once from his wheelchair and the botrom broke.Not happy

We bought these to put in Christmas gift bags which we plan to distribute to homeless individuals in our small town.They look cute, feel sturdy, and we love that they have screw on lids and straws (with a stopper so the straw won’t come out when the lid is on. Shown in the photo is the cup filled with candies, and the other items we will put in the bags (hats, gloves, and socks)

We ordered these as replacements for Aladdin insulated drink cups, which we have had for years. Recently dropped and broke the last Aladdin cup. Unfortunately, the Aladdin cups are no longer available anywhere, so settled on these. They arrived fairly promptly as expected from an Amazon order. The cups and accompanying straws are attractive but appear quite fragile compared to the Aladdins, but only time will tell... However, they do a good job of keeping ice and drinks cold for extended periods of time so in that respect they seem equal to the Aladdin's.The sticker label in the bottom of each cup indicates that they are NOT dishwasher safe which is disappointing (BTW, once this sticker is removed there is no embossed info on the bottom of the cup to indicate this). We have run a couple of the cups through the top shelf of the dishwasher anyway, and the cups came thru it okay, but purchasers need to know it's not recommended. On the up-side, these are inexpensive enough that it's not to big a deal to order more, but still, who makes plastic products that are not recommended for dishwashing these days?Bottom line is that these cups are just okay and serve the purpose they are made for. I will update this review for good or bad after using these for a while.
