Works great but I had to tweak it
It’s a good lightweight product, and blocks noise out pretty well. The only thing is this might not work well with a short mic/shock mount combo. For example I have a Neumann TLM 103 and the shockmount. The hole at the bottom is fairly small obviously to block noise and the foam is thick at so if you have a small mic you have to push it all the way in, and it definitely won’t fit the shockmount. So I had to rip it so that it can still semi wrap around the mic & shockmount. Now it just kind of igloos over the shockmount. Also it comes with its own pop filter so you can pop it out but if you have your own it won’t exactly fit in there. Overall good product if you want a small easy setup like for voiceovers/podcasting or longer type microphones but perhaps for studio recording it might not work with your gear.

Made Quality Worse
I hoped this would make my mic a bit clearer, and help to filter out some fan noise, unfortunately all it did was muddy the sound of my voice, take up way too much visual space for when I need to see my computer screen, and somehow it actually managed to make the background humming LOUDER. Please save your money and find a different way to reduce background noise / reverberation in an untreated room. Probably better to just get the foam pads / sound canceling blankets for your home studio.
