My company Gourmet Cotton Foods like us on Facebook, we sell over 100 caramel apples a week, we make our own caramel, but first you need to wash the Apples, we soak them in water and lemon juice, dry them and put them in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Secondly heat your caramel to 180 degrees. Then put your apples on a stick and dip then, by putting them in the fridge the hot caramel cools on the apple giving you a nice coating.
