An enema for your engine...
We bought a used 2003 Subaru Forester XS and were not sure how well she had been maintained. We used a bottle of this and the first oil change with filter was incredibly "nasty". Turns out I used some 5W10 we had and realized we needed to change to 5W20 instead. It was about two weeks between using the cleaner, replacing the oil with 5W10 before I changed the oil over to 5W20 with a new filter. O.M.G. the oil that came out was just as "nasty" was when I changed it the first time with the cleaner.

Factory flush
Bought this to flush the new motor in my 2009 Forester to help prevent the oil control rings from coking up and sticking again. It did the job just fine. Seemed to clean everything and shouldn't damage the seals since it's an OEM part.

Managed to free up a sticking VVT solenoid been a '06 WRX
My 2006 WRX has over 300,000 mi and has done a lot of sitting around since it hasn't been my daily driver for a few years. Last time I took it to a track day, I ended up with a p0011 error code and on my scan tool it looked like the variable valve adjuster solenoid was advancing timing under load but one side was sticking and causing a bit of pinging under Hi boost.I needed to do an oil change anyway (less than 3,000 mi but it'd been in there for it a year or more) I'm sure the solenoid will have to be replaced eventually, but for now this seems to have freed it up and got it working right again.I don't normally trust these magic repair in a bottle things but the top side of these EJ engines does get pretty nasty and we all know the kind of people that bought admit 2000s WRX wasn't the kind of person to do basic maintenance on any kind of reliable timeline but definitely beat the crap out of the car.I'm going to put this right up there with Subaru's own head gasket conditioner on the list of things that Don't sound like they would be made by an actual car brand. The stuff is made by ZEP, It's made in Japan and apparently it's made specifically for the turbo EJ's.
