I purchased these tights after a vein treatment, and they’ve been fantastic! The compression is firm and consistent, offering great support from my ankles to my waist. Unlike compression stockings, They have a smooth finish and, unlike thigh-high options, don’t show lines under pants, making them perfect for any outfit. On top of that, they’re super comfortable to wear all day. I highly recommend them!

I got size 3x it was little bit long, so i use them as open toe instead of leggings, but very comfortable. i wear them all the time have held up for several weeks now. will be buying more.

I bought 2 pairs of these in black and 1 pair in beige. All 3 are size medium. The Black fit fine. I’ve been wearing them in rotation with some Sigvaris tights daily for over a week (post surgery). Today, unfortunately, I tried these in the beige. The waistband is so tight I’m miserable. I’m at work and it’s only 9:15am - this is going to be a very long, painful day. I’m seriously considering cutting the waistband just to get through the day. I don’t understand it. The black ones fit great. Quality control must be a low priority for this company. I’m so disappointed. It’s bad enough having to wear them every day, on top of bruised/painful legs after surgery (during a heat wave!) but to have them dig into my stomach like this is just adding insult to injury. I would return them if I’d realized how bad it was before I left the house today. That’s why they get a 1 for comfort. The rest of the product is perfectly fine (so 3 overall). Ugh.

I use these for my lipedema symptoms. The inflammation I experience at the end of my work day is SIGNIFICANTLY less than if I weren't wearing these. My joints feel much better and supported. I also noticed that I feel less tired. Either it's placebo effect, or this helps with circulation enough to reduce general fatigue.I was worried this was going to be thin like pantyhose, but this is thick and strong enough to do its job. They are a LITTLE see-through, so I wouldn't wear them by themselves. Instead, I love to pair these (in black) with some cute shorts and boots for a edgy look. They're also light and versatile enough to wear under jeans.I highly recommend for lipedema ladies. They're great and sturdy quality for a very reasonable price :)

I was originally prescribed thigh-high compression stockings from a pharmacy, but being a plus-size gal, they do tend to roll down at some point throughout the day. I ordered these prior to having some vascular procedures done so that my entire upper thigh was covered and in compression- LOVE THESE. I followed the size chart. I'm usually a 16-18, and got the 4XL. They fit perfectly. I love the graduated compression. I am tall, 5'7 and I've got long legs but not overly long. These can/do bunch at the ankle or behind the knee, so I pull them up tight so they bunch around my bikini line instead, which is more comfortable. They are not too sheer- I have a pair of grey and a black pair. I can kind of see my tattoos through them at times, but I'm mostly wearing these under my work scrubs.I will say these were the only thing that gave me comfort after my first GSV ablation procedure. My surgery site was around my inner knee, so the lower part of my inner thigh bruised. Having full compression helped tremendously. I CANNOT recommend these enough! Follow the size chart, and wash every few times you wear them (I hand wash and hang dry) they are also comfortable.

I dont tend to write reviews, but since the return on this product would cost me 6 bucks out of my refund (not to mention gas) i decided to warn u all instead. I got the footless leggings that had me measure my hips, which i though was nice. when i went to put them on there was hardly any stretch to them. They bit right into the skin around my ankles. this is not the first pair of compression garment that i own but the only that would have cut off the circulation to my ankle.*curvy people be warned, this product will NOT stretch for you*

I was extremely skeptical but these are amazing!!!! I can only wear them for the suggested 4 hours. They stretch, they are extremely durable. My nails did not rip or snag. They are very long, but that is perfect for me. I have scar tissue in my ankles, so I wear them in the arch of my foot. They can be a high rise or they can sit comfortably at the waist. Yes, they roll like all tights but these do not hurt or feel uncomfortable. It's like they roll to exactly the right spot for my body shape. I LOVE them! Much better than anything I've bought from medical stores even.
