Q: Do you put these in with the plastic still on the wipes or take them out of the package they come in ?

We remove the wipes from the packaging. Depending on the type of wipes, the packaging might melt if not removed. However, there may be some packaging that can withstand the heat of the warmer.

Q: doesthis heat from the top , bottom or all way around?-

From the top. It keeps them warm about 1/2 way down the whole pile of wipes too! This is the best warmer I have found and I have bought 3 different ones until I found this one. The other name brand ones didn’t even warm the wipes at all and dried them all out. The best part with this one is that you can set the temp that you want them to be at. I keep mine at max temp and they are perfect for diaper changes. I also add about 1/4 cup of distilled water on top of the wipes whenever I add a new package. This adds good moisture to the wipes and the moisture hold up good until you need to refill the pile. Hope that helps!

Q: How do I add water and how much water should I add?

Hello, Thank you for your question ! You don't have to add water as it just warms the wet wipes. Be sure however to drain the leftovers of water and let the product dry to prevent mold growth. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question!
