Exceeded My Expectations!
Just love this machine. It's super easy to use! Instructions to operate are a breeze. It comes with everything to get started. I just purchased and already worked on two clients. Kit more than paid for itself 4 times over!The people at Dermimatch are awesome at responding to any concerns. I give them an "A" for customer service!Although I do recommend that you switch your kit into a more durable attaché or case since it comes in a cardboard box and although nice, it's just not durable.

Not worth 500$ at all
It’s easy to handle and setup but it’s kinda difficult to get the ink to come out after every touch it’s so annoying especially paying $600 for it to be so blaaahhhh

Take your time and it works really well
I followed the Dermimatch videos online for a long time. Practiced a lot with this kit. I started with doing small tests patches on potential clients. I eventually gained the confidence I needed to take this on as a career. Very pleased.

Not as explained
Dear buyers, please read this review before buying.No matter which size or color you use, it'll fade out in a few weeks and you'll need to do again at least every two weeks to notice fullness in your scalp.If you use larger size, it'll look unnatural since day 2 and really disappointing.Don't get fooled by description about specific pigments which is specifically designed for scalp or machine itself. There's nothing special with it and you can easily get all ink and machine which is doing the same unnatural tattoo on your scalp for less than $50.I thought I'm spending that much money and it'll be something different but I was totally wrong.I'm completely disappointed and really want to see others results who posted positive reviews before after a few weeks.

I really like the product so far, I like that includes a basic guide and also a YouTube Chanel that you can follow. I hope they can add more tutorials to the Chanel

Recently began using the pen for Ombre Powder Brows (microshading) and was having trouble at first getting the outline. I finally increased the speed to 13 to 13.5 and the outline came out crispy!

Could of gotten a cheaper tool
the product is a little over priced but you get a booklets plus they have a YouTube channel to guide you through, not too bad and works well just wish they had more content on YouTube
