Channels? Not sure what you are asking, it is tubing that you plug into your oxygen concentrator at one end, the other end you attach a cannula to. I guess that means it has one channel.

So far there have been no problems with kinking or crushing. My mom is 100 percent satisfied with this product. We wish we would have found this item sooner

I dont know the exact time frame. I use mine approximately 6-8 months. I do frequently check for damage. I replace my cannula a couple of times per month.

This tubing has a minimal amount of ribbing inside it and if put in a kink in a "V" it will cut off air I have tested this myself. This tubing needs to be used in an area where it isn't restricted and subject to twisting and bending. Note: I have used this product and it works as a medical air hose as intended.
