Much better than the stock ones.
I was surprised how bad the stock earcups for the RS195 were, I could barely wear it for 10 minutes before the pain was unbearable. Granted, I might just have huge ears, but I never had this problem with any headphones in the past. These sheepskin leather earpads are a lifesaver. Huge difference, much thicker, which means the inside of my ears do not touch the inside of the headphone, which completely eliminates the pain it caused. Noise seal difference is not noticeable, still very hard to hear anything around me. I would definitely recommend if the stock version makes your ears hurt.
