Venom: Let There Be Carnage [Blu-ray]

The movie was alright, but the Cassidy character is supposed to be more manically insane.

Movie works great and is in great condition!

Love the humor in the Venom movies! This one was a little more gory, but still interesting with enough laughs to keep me entertained.

While the pacing was a bit off in parts, and it relies on you having seen the first Venom movie recently - frequent oblique back-references that help make sense of this sequel - this was overall quite entertaining.The storyline is pretty basic and favours action over all else - it probably could have benefited from more time spent building characters and suspense - but the interaction between Eddie & Venom is very well done, and Venom overall is rendered masterfully as an anti-hero.It does suffer a little from some tired tropes - most prominently the damsel in distress - but overall it has a satisfying conclusion.
