It's the perfect size for me to crack and loosen my back in the morning! It's firm enough to hold me up, but soft enough that I can roll on it confortably.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it works but I should have ordered a size smaller. The one I got is a little too big and harder than I expected.

My wife uses the roller at minimum once a day. It is slightly harder than previous rollers that we have had but it definitely gets the job done. It doesn’t smell weird it doesn’t shed or make a mess. My wife is about 5’1 and it is the perfect size for her. She has a hyper mobility issues and using the roller before bed really helps her sleep better. It is a good quality product.

Great quality and durable especially for the price. Perfect size. Can be used for many things, I use it for foam rolling, stretching and Pilates. It’s also small so it doesn’t take up too much space when storing it! Worth the purchase!

I purchased this for physical therapy exercises at home for my knee. I've traveled with it, though it does take up space. The foam is very firm and holds its shape. I've discovered that I can roll my back with it to pop my spine when it feels a bit tense.

This is a perfect foam roller. It is not to soft and not to hard. I have used this foam roller on carpet and hardwood floors with no issues.I had been seeing a chiropractor for sessions every week after my physical therapy appointments.Ever since I started using this foam roller at home I am now down to once a month appointments with the chiropractor.Even my chiropractor said the foam roller has helped the flexibility in my back significantly

Ive been going to physical therapy for six months now. They had this at their place of business. I use it for lower back pain. Its amazing. I lie on it and roll. My back is good throughout the day. I don't know why it works but it does. Great find.
