I can't really know if these are any good unless I go to a chemist to see if it really is fish oil!
What I do know is that the formula has changed. I bought these in the past and the outer skin has gotten thicker, so maybe there really isn't as much fish oil as before.

I recently had to switch my fish oil as Target has changed their product and gone up over 120%, so I found these on Amazon. I have been using them for several months now and have not notice any difference in the previous Target brand that I had been using for several years. I love the smaller size, as I had to have a neck fusion a few years ago and have some difficulty swallowing larger pills. I find these to be of a good size that is easy for me to take.I would recommend these Walgreen mini fish oil capsules and plan to continue buying them as long as they are available and don't go to some ridiculous price like Target's did.
