Q: Why do i have a " not for sale" written over it

I ordered for the same product and I have the same written on my product as well "Not For Sale". I lately understood that these small items which are actually not for retail purpose and they are given to the stores to give these as compliments when you buy the Estee Lauder products as a promotional offer. Thats the reason they do not come in a Estee Lauder box packing as well, they are given out in a sealed cover. These sellers sell these samples and make profit out of it. We as buyers would tend to compare price and fall for these products and its actually complete profit for the seller. By the way what I have observed is that these liquids are more watery when compared to the box piece original retail version of the product so the benefit that we get is also only 50%. We can actually sue the seller and raise the issue with Amazon to get refund and ensure these seller give these to their direct customers free of cost rather make some bucks out of it. Am discussing this with my lawyer to see if I can go ahead for the same in the consumer court.
