This is flush free, but didn't work well in taking down my cholesterol. I had to switch to SloNiacin, which is not flush free, but is formulated to reduce flushing. Not sure if that is working yet. My understanding is (through reading) that if you don't get at least some flush, it will not reduce cholesterol.

Great product, no flush!
I have never had a flush with this product. Believe me, you don't want to experience a flush! I did with another product, it was HORRIBLE. I felt like I was on fire, and wanted to die. It took me and wife way too long to find out I could help calm it via an asprin... Sigh.
