Great starter instrument

Missing gigbag
The box arrived without the gigbag and been pushed around from Amazon to Yamaha both not been able to sort it out for me

Wrong guitar in first delivery second delivery arrived with no gig bag!
Husband loves his Christmas present. The wrong guitar was originally sent on it’s own. An easy return took place and the starter kit arrived swiftly only to find out the gig bag was missing. Contacted Yamaha that was difficult as the options are many and actually speaking to someone has not happened yet. Amazon say it’s Yamahas issue. I agree. Might have to send it back if this can’t be sorted as bag is additional £32.

Great value for money
Great product. I've never played guitar before but managed to have this tuned and ready to go in a matter of minutes. Great value for money. Has everything you need to start out.

Missing bag
The guitar is perfect but the gig bag is missing

Missing Bag - Poor quality control
Bought for my daughter’s birthday and the bag is missing - Tried to call the support line provided and Yamaha reception does not pick up - it’s an endless loop of options when you cannot get through. Not something I expect from a big brand - very disappointed and don’t want to return the item given it’s a present - All I want to do is prove the purchase and have Yamaha send out a bag, but judging on previous purchasers with the same issue it sounds like a headache.
