Love it. It’s more efficient than the bucket shape one that i have. This badminton one can pick up balls on the corner and under the tables . I bend it a more to make the racket flat to the floor.Recommended if you are willing to pay more for the right one.

We borrowed one from another player at a club, and decided there’s nothing to improve, so we bought one. We’ll see about durability later.

Love this thing. Worth every penny. Have not played ping pong, aka table tennis, for half a century. Took it up again and love it, except picking up the balls. This solved that problem with my knee replacement and arthritis. It is actually fun going around and picking them up. Good quality, easy to use, great value for money, and saves my back and knees

I just purchased this to go along with a table tennis robot. Even with a net behind the robot we still manage to hit almost 200 balls off the table at some point.. (beginners lol) I was drawn to this ball device because I noticed it doesn’t use metal bars to jam the balls through when picking them up. This uses string which gives a lot more and doesn’t squish the balls as much, while still picking them up. I want to keep the balls we use with the robot in the best condition so it doesn’t jam up. I was worried that the metal bars on other basket/net type devices might cause more wear and damage to the balls over time. I also like that it is made in the USA. There was a hand written note inside thanking me for my purchase (unexpected and appreciated). This does not disappoint, it picks up balls under the table, ones that are smashed up against random stuff we have along the walls of the basement and more than one ball at a time if there is a pile next to or behind the table. It is quality and works wonderfully. I just turn it upside down and shake it for the balls to come out. Super easy. I’m glad we chose this one as the angle is perfect for getting under the table with minimal bending and at 5’4” and 5’8’ inches tall the handle is more than long enough so we don’t have to reach. . It even came with spare string if we needed to restring it. In my opinion most of the time you get what you pay for, and this is one of those cases. It just makes playing more fun and lets us focus and practice and not spending too much time on picking up. I highly recommend this.

Mine came with the strings installed vertically instead of horizontally so the product isn't very effective and is frustrating to use. (The balls have trouble getting picked up and they pop out often). This was the second one I purchased. The first one was wonderful. I contacted the seller and creator of the product Joe, and he acknowledged that yes the strings were in fact installed incorrectly but his solution was for me to restring it myself. Why should I have to fix a product that should work right out of the box? I have neither the time nor the inclination nor desire to have to fix something I just bought. I am not pleased at all. Stay away from this since you may get the improperly strung old stock and have to fix it yourself.Update: Joe did send me a proper working one. I am very pleased with it, it works very well. Make sure if you buy this product that the strings are strung horizontally. it works better with that orientation.

I was so excited to receive picker-upper. But it wouldn't pick up any balls. So frustrated, not understanding what I could be doing wrong. I couldn't see any way that this thing could possibly work. I tried watching a Utube video to see if that would help. Seeing a four year old and eight year old picking up balls easily and their Ping Pong Buddy which looked exactly the same as mine was really puzzling me.I called and left a message at Ping Pong Buddy.com. even though I purchased it on Amazon Prime and not directly from Ping Pong Buddy.com. Within minutes, Joe Bulatao, returned my call. He asked me if there were parallel strings. I told him no there were not. Problem solved. He said Quality control missed putting on the parallel strings which catches the balls. He didn't make me send that unit back to Amazon Prime Seller. What he did was give me specific instructions on using nylon fishing line so I could insert parallel strings myself. But here's the really amazing thing to me that makes Mr. Bulatao stand out from most others company owners . . . . . . . .He personally apologized about the the defective unit once again. He personally addressed and mailed out a brand new unit and I received it the very next day by Fed-X. which happens to be today. I'm having another Ping Pong Party tonight with my new Robo-pong 2050. I''ve been practicing and I absolutely LOVE my Ping Pong Buddy. I have over two hundred ping pong balls and within seconds I have all the balls picked up and no more back pain. THE PING PONG BUDDY IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Once I replace the parallel strings on the defective unit -I'll have two units. My grandkids and I will be having races seeing who can pick up the most balls. Double the fun!!!I will be telling all my friends and family not only about the amazing Ping Pong Buddy, but about my experience with the expedited, generous way this matter was handled by Joe Bulatao, who treated me like I was a buddy of his even though I only talked to him on the phone once.

An amazing tool! Love it! Maybe will need a little bit adjustment, according your body type….Highly recommend!
