I bought it to see what all the hype was about. I haven really noticed a difference but I do feel calmly “alert” for a few hrs. I mix raw honey with it to balance the bitterness. Over all not bad. Have yet to see the long term benefits of this plant.

I was on vacation and I had tried a new yerba mate that I did not like at all. Luckily the delivery was fast and my mate time saved!!
