Love these
I bought this to complete my set. I already own 3 of their pieces (for last 2 years) and I use them very regularly. I do handwashing them for longevity purposes. I cook and serve in them. The ear handles does get hot but I have my pot holders handy all the time and now habituated so I don’t burn myself. I also only use wooden or silicone spatula while cooking. I am able to use less oil and still get a wonderful texture/sear. I currently use them on gas stove. But at some point I intend to use them on induction. Will update once that happens. I am hopeful that this won’t be a problem since they are induction compatible. All in all, they will serve you well if you take the extra effort to maintain them.

Very cute
I have also purchased the other sets so this was the last to make the set complete. Perfect for cooking pasta and love the lid! Looks good feels good and especially the food tastes so much better for some reason. It contains all the flavors!!!
