I bought it for the purpose of working from home. And as you all know how hectic it can be to sit in one place and managing all those long meetings. Da urban company chair is way to comfortable for all these long meetings.the quality of the material is fantastic but may effect you, if you are that grocery bag who doesn’t move at all😅. The chair provides you flexibility to move anywhere and in any direction. The back support and cushioning is pretty good. The only negative thing on this chair is the back support length, which is bit low but at this price point, it is amazing. So go for it blindly. I bet you won’t regret.overall an amazing product with great performance and comfort.

I was ecstatic when my Da URBAN® Milford Mid Back Revolving Leatherette Chair arrived. Assembly was a breeze, and the chair felt sturdy and reliable. It provided excellent comfort during long hours spent working on various projects at my workstation.However, after five months of use, I noticed the chair began to droop backward. Upon inspection, I discovered a crack in the base frame, causing the chair to tilt. I was disheartened as I had grown quite attached to my chair.Promptly, I reached out to Da URBAN® Customer Service to explain my situation. Without hesitation, they checked the warranty status and promptly agreed to send me replacement components for the damaged parts. Within a few days of my complaint, the replacement arrived.Now, I am happily back to work, seated on the most comfortable and ergonomically suitable office chair available. Thank you, Da URBAN®!

A - its a low quality material which will be tornoff/cut easilyB - the chair is tilt towards right, so when you assemble ensure its not tilt.C - Its nit a issue but noticed, the wheels are cery broader and takes large spaceD - Its not lower back friendly.

So, I had initially ordered the Milford Chair in Tan for my brother, and really loved the quality and the ease of installation about the chair. We needed something smaller to fit in his bedroom as he had a very narrow area for the chair, so this was a trial for us to check if the chair would fit. And what do you know, it fits like a glove. I personally loved the design, materials, assembly as well as the affordability of the chair that I too decided to go with the same model for my room. Let me just tell you that it is worth the cost and the availability in colours and others designs is just a bonus.

The back support is good as it is a mid top chair. Mid top is not the best but it is comfortable. The height adjustment is good. Build quality is 4/5. Just because of the arm rest plastic. But overall quality is good. Overall, at this price, the product is value for money.
