These are tasty little wafers that offer up a lot of gut friendly probiotic bacteria strains. I had a colonoscopy that washed a lot of them out of my gut and colon- that is nasty stuff they make you drink- I vomited a lot of it up. But it left me low on the healthy bacteria so I take a waffle or two whenever I think of it. It’s kind of like candy to me, as I don’t eat real candy and more. I’m feeling great!

A staple in our household!
We have used these probiotics for years... our kids love the taste (reminiscent of SweetTarts). I used to buy them from our local health food store, for about $10 more than Amazon charges.I can tell a difference when we've run out for a while and the kids haven't had them... their digestion isn't as good, and they're more prone to sickness. So now we receive them through auto-delivery so we won't be without them again!
