Used for lacing wiring harness. Good and malleable and not too rigid like some other products.

I am constantly looking for waxed thread to braid horses. If you buy thread specifically made for braiding horses, it can be quite expensive. This substitute not only is just as good as the equestrian brands but also is extremely cheap in comparison. This makes it easier to keep my prices lower!

The spool of lacing cord I received has no wax! This makes it practically impossible to make tight lashings.

I make whips, and I use this as binding, and it works great. One big thing for whip making is keeping the tension on the core, and this does that beautifully. I also use this to sew leather, and its tough stuff. Recommended for all your cordage needing crafts.

While the product was not as wide as I expected, it is strong and waxed. My issue is that once I started using the lace, it quickly came unwound from the spool and made a mess. I had to unwind 1/2 of the spool, tape down the remaining half, and then rewind the spool to continue using lace, very annoying.

No, it is not bad, but it is important to know that if you want a lacing tape with more wax you will have to get another brand or the aviation kind. This one has less wax so it doesn't stick as much. Time will tell if the knot holds over time. I prefer this one at the moment but I would be very careful with making the knot as I don't trust that the wax will help much. It is a good value for the money.

Ordered this for lacing wiring harnesses to create order around my computer and network rack. Really nice feel, strong; probably would want gloves for long lacing sessions if you don’t have calluses.
