One of the best 3080 out there
I have waited patiently to get hold of a 3080 to replace my aging 2060 super. The price has dropped under £1000 and is almost MSRP as supply is now meeting demand. I did toy with the idea of waiting for the 40 series but the chances are that they will be scooped up buy the greedy scalpers.The card is awesome, its a chunky boy so you will need a good size case. Runs very quiet and cool, under load hits about 65-72c which is perfectly acceptable and my case has rubbish airflow.A 750w PSU will work fine, but this will depend on other things like processor and other items in your system. I will upgrade the PSU to a 1000w when I finally upgrade to 5800x but ultimately I will build a new system based around the 3080 as my current system is not optimizedIf you are going to buy one, I can recommend, dont wait to long, AIB's will tooling up for the 40series cards and will no longer produce 30series so every one that leaves the shelf now will not be replaced.
