Can be worn with a t shirt or outside a thick winter jacket, can also be worn inside the winter jacket since its not too thick or too thin so it’s perfect. Can fit 2 phones in the right pocket (or a phone and a phone charger) and left pocket can fit 2 packs of tissues which is perfect for winter since i have allergy and sneeze a lot. Left breast pocket can fit an earbud case and two packs of gum. The breast pocket isn't deep enough to fit a normal length pen which is unfortunate. Inner pocket can fit a thick wallet and a phone. Overall a very nice vest that can fit people of all heights. XS size can fit even 5 ft 2 kids so unlike other vests that only fit tall people or grown men this one has sizes that fit shorter ppl as well.

I have to send it back. Too big for me.Seems to have good construction and design, Lightweight and probably good in hotter weather though it can depend how balmy it is.It has good pockets. The lower pockets are a better type than the kind that are just slits on the sides. Of course that can depend. Sometimes these kinds of "Kangaroo" pockets may create a bulkier appearance.This vest would be good if you have some items that you need to carry on your person. Things like your cell phone, your wallet, your keys etc. Of course if you have heavier things in the lower pockets it can be awkward as you move.But it should make it easier to reach for certain things you need.However I ordered this vest some two sizes too big.I anticipated this vest would have foreign sizing standards and sizing standards outside the US tends to be several sizes smaller.I think I would need a size medium than XL. Yet this can indicate that the vest runs large and maybe size down. Maybe.I should say that I am female and not the target customer for this item.But often, men's active wear or general-use clothing is more practically designed than women's clothing and I don't need something with princess seams or curve enhancing design.In fact , just like a lot of women out there who have different preferences for clothing, I need a lightweight summer vest that would not be heavy or thick so as to wear in warmer weather for when I wear a very lightweight T shirt underneath , but also in order to feel comfortable I have to avoid a bra or binder. Vests are good for this purposeI will have to send this one back and order a smaller size.I have not used the vest long term. I cannot vouch for how rugged it is or how long lasting the material is, or if the material pills or shrinks with washing (etc). But I think I would recommend this vest . But also it can depend on your needs in an item like this.

Just received my outdoor light vest. I like the quality and “feel” better than other light vest I have ordered. The price to quality is very reasonable..

This vest is high quality and appears to be able to last a long time. Pockets and lots of them. when traveling I would rather keep the things I need in close to me, This vest fits what I have been looking for. Lightweight, comfortable. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to others.

I bought two colors. I like the design and material but the side pockets on the green one are SMALL I can’t fit my hands in them and I’m not a big dude but On the black one my hands fit fine smh that’s my only knock about these vest.

Finally, after quite a few attempts, I have found the perfect, light weight, water resistant vest that I have been looking for. The summers in Florida are quite hot, with daily afternoon rain storms, and this works perfectly to keep the rain off. Looks great, fits great and has plenty of storage pockets. This is not, however, a great fishing vest, if that's what you're looking for. If you're just looking for a lightweight vest to keep the rain off with plenty of usable storage pockets, then you will be happy with this item.

This is not really a fishing vest (which I have), as listed, as it has limited pocket space. But it works as a travel vest, which is my intended purpose. The photos accurately show the vest although a photo of someone wearing the vest would be helpful as the fit is a bit off in my opinion. I am 5'9" 210# 48" chest/back. XL is my usual size for tops but with this zipped, there is still room to wear this over a sweatshirt, which is maybe not a bad thing. It is a bit long, by maybe 2". but my wife says it looks fine so ... There are 5 pockets, 2 large velcro pockets above the hips, 2 zippered chest pockets and a zippered inner pocket on the left side. The chest pockets are quite small. The inner pocket is large enough to place your hand into it. The material is a water-repellent nylon and adequate. I consider it a good value for what I paid.
