Used This For My Halloween Display
I made a Halloween display of several witches this year using PVC. This joint was perfect when I needed one of the witches to bend at the waist over a cauldron and it needed to be strong.

One of a kind solution *See hack for easier usage below*
Hard to believe there aren’t other adjustable elbow joint options for 1” PVC. I’ve seen them for 1 ¼”, but this is all I can find for 1” pipes. That said, it’s a must-have for certain applications. However… you’ll need some other items on hand to hack the design into something easier to use.As others have mentioned, it comes with a hex bolt screwed VERY tightly into a nut and it’s a pain to adjust to the desired angle through trial and error. I used/purchased the following things to make it easier on myself:- 1/4" ratcheting wrench- 1/4" sockets in 7/16” or 11mm. Either size should fit into the space around the nut for unscrewing, but 11mm is a slightly better fit.- 1/4-20 thumb screw with a tee wing plastic knob (easier to twist than a round knob). Minimum 1 ¾” length.- lubricating screw wax or -- even better imo – toilet wax ring1. Unscrew the hex bolt with ratchet wrench until the fitting is in two parts. Set hex bolt aside, but keep the included washer and nut.2. Roll the thumb screw into lubricating wax for easier screwing into nut3. Slip thumb screw through washer on one part of fitting into other piece of fitting and into the nut.4. Use ratchet wrench to secure the nut as you thread the thumb screw through both parts of the fitting.5. Once you’ve found the angle you want for the adjustable fitting, keep turning the thumbscrew knob to tighten the fitting into place. If you need to adjust, the lubricating screw wax should make it easier.See photos. Good luck!ps thanks to reviewer Veek for the thumb screw idea!

Good solid fully adjustable product
This has worked perfectly for my needs, giving an adjustable angle for the 1" PVC tube. I replaced the 1/4-20 nut with a plastic thumb knob which makes it easier to loosen and adjust to different angles as needed in my application.

Melts if cleaned with acetone. NOT Amazon-level customer service
Used the product to make a "frame" for digital decorating disk. Prepped the frame for painting with acetone, usual prep for pvc. The adjustable joints "melted," fused, and are no longer adjustable. I asked Circo to replace them. The best they could do was give me distributor's price - 4.30 per joint instead of 5.70 plus $9.00 shipping. I think they owe it to customers to warn them not to use acetone on them.

Uggg I CANNOT loosen the nuts!!
I was so excited to buy these they’re exactly what I need for my project BUT….. I’ve tried EVERYTHING to loosen the bolts on the two I brought and cannot to no avail!!!I’ve tried a ratchet, pliers, a power drill with the correct bolt size attached!!!No matter what they are unmovable! It’s like they’re super glued in place 😔😔If anyone has a suggestion I’d love to hear it!Because I’m at a loss and I’m not going to return them I’m going to smash them with a hammer!!!! 😔🤦♀️
