Q: Is Load Capacity really 300kg as posted or 300lb?

Not sure but I put a stackable washer and dryer on mine and now it has severely bent the plastic on both ends. I haven't tried rolling it yet with it bent but I definitely would not recommend the product. I had it about 1yr before it bent so bad.

Q: Will this work for a heavy vertical 4 drawer filing cabinet?

It will definitely fit a standard size filing cabinet, maybe larger depending on measurement, and will definitely take the weight. It works beautifully for my stackable washer and dryer. I hadn't thought about my filing cabinets. Great idea!

Q: Will it roll on carpet?

I have flat carpet and rolls fine
