GET IT!!! Definitely worth it!!!
I’m 5’6, 220 and ordered a 2xl. It was a slight struggle to put it on.. but once it was on, honey that waist trainer definitely did it’s job. I should of got a 3xl, but I will definitely be keeping the 2xl for when I downsize. And I’m ordering my 3xl. Material amazing. It did push my boobs up and straightened my posture. The straps were a little tight, which was why I felt I needed a 3x, I don’t want it cutting into my skin... this is definitely one to buy!!! I would just order 2 sizes up from your shirt size. I’ve ordered many waist trainers but none compared to this one..

Get the right size, don't go off of sizing chart!
I should have got a Lg but I ordered a Medium going off of what others were saying. I could get it to zip up but my kid had to help me🤣🤣🤣 but even then it looked good on me but I knew it was too small when I took a breath and the zipper came down the first time and then the second time it stayed but wouldn't stay at the very top(kept coming about and inch down) so I was nervous to go workout in it. I returned it the next day so I could just get a Lg but they are out of everything and don't seem to be getting any sizes back. I'm 5'10 and weigh 200lbs. If I would have gotten the right size the first time everything about this would have been perfect!

Works Well
I am 163lbs (5ft 6) && i ordered a M. It fit tight doing its job, if i were just a few pounds heavier i dont think i would be able to zip it up. 6 months postpartum, its great, takes getting use to its very uncomfortable at first. I love how long the shaper is, covers my whole abdomen && love the double strap. Only negative factors are that the vest part of it (parts that go over shoulders) are too tight. It leaves marks on my shoulders && limits my movements. Also the zipper keeps unzipping at the top, i think if there was a clip on the top of the zipper it wouldnt do that. but overall during workouts it stays in place nothing rolls up or down (except zipper). Whereas the upper vest, i just fold it down && wear the waist trainer without it.

Firm control. Uncomfortable straps.
The craftsmanship is great. It sucks you right in and you can sweat in it. Since I already knew I was allergic to some of the materials, I mitigated my damages and maximized my results by wearing a thin layer of sharpewear underneath. I have a "nice rack" now (per the hubby) because my bust has been lifted off my lap when I wear it! My posture is also improving. I like the fact that the back fat is contained. Previous reviwers mentioned 2 of the issues I noted right away: the straps pull uncomfortably no matter how I adjust the garment, which is why I only wear it no more than 3 hours a day. And my under belly hangs out at the bottom. This may not be much of an issue because that makes it easier for me to sit when I need to. I imagine it will become less of an issue once the fat around my middle starts disappearing. Since I have a big backside, the back rolls up whether I stand, walk, or sit. For reference, I'm 5'5" 300 lbs, 44-42-56 and I purchased size 6x.

Sizing is horrifically off but the worst part...
First thing to note is that I am very used to sizing (properly) for items like this, so you can rest assured that I know their sizing is terribly off - here's why. After taking my current measurements I found the recommended size, noted that a lot of other reviews said to size UP, but felt it was likely unnecessary, so ultimately went with the seller recommendation. THIS THING WAS HUGE on me. The plus side of this issue is that because it was so easy to try on, I was also able to confirm that the lower abdomen portion is actually really short. I dont have a particularly long torso & it didn't even hang down to where you really that extra support, lower than the belly button. This tells me that their sizing is off in general & they're relying on you having to really squish into the product to keep it stretched all the way down with the tension from your stomach/upper hip area. That means as soon as you start changing your stomach line, these aren't going to fit nearly as long as they should & its just going to start "riding up" very quickly before you can make any real notable changes in your figure. If isn't starting to pull up then its stretching out to keep hanging down, which you also don't want. Way too expensive to have to keep changing out before you really should.

10/10
The media could not be loaded. 10/10!! Material is comfortable and also very durable. Fabric is soft on the interior and exterior parts of the waist trainer. I am 5’6 around 170 pounds and I ordered a small to begin with and couldn’t even zip it up lol so i recorded for a size large after measuring my waist length to get the correct size. The large is the perfect fit i absolutely love it. I can’t wait to see my progress by June. If you are thinking about purchasing this product don’t wait do it now !!

SNATCHED.
I’m 5’7 and 145 pounds. I ordered a Medium originally and couldn’t even zip it up. So I returned it and got a Large. She’s TIGHT but not super uncomfortable. I only wore it for about 20 minutes so I can’t speak on all day wear but I loved how stable my back was during that 20 minutes. It was hard to bend to pick things up so if you’re wanting compression with some flexibility I would recommend sizing up. I honestly probably should have gotten an XL but I think after I lose a few more pounds (it’s there I promise, this trainer just sucked it all up) it won’t be so tight and will be a little more comfortable. I did see the review about the rash? I plan on washing in cold water and hanging to dry before I wear it long term against my skin to hopefully avoid that.

Not long torso friendly
Love the item but wish it had adjustable straps for people with long torso
