Charger cord does not fir the charger!
The charger works great because I am using the cord from my old charger. The cable cord end, included with the new charger, does not fit into the charger. I have requested a charger cord with an end that is compatible with the charger.

No internal Battery
I bought this to use as a travel charger as the description clearly states it has the internal battery for charging the hearing aids three times without plugging it in. The internal battery is missing in the unit shipped so it only charges when plugged into a wall. The quick start guide included with the product does not mention the internal battery either, so I am hoping the wrong unit was shipped

Works Perfefctly
I have recently purchased a 2nd home, and forgot my charger in the other house. Had to go a few days without hearing aides! Why didn't them make the rechargeable hearing aides someway to run off of batteries? I check with my local audiologist and the additional charger was extremely expensive and delivery was 4-6 weeks. Found one on Amazon for more then $ 100 less and had it in three days!
