Today is the first day I am using the product but my issue was with the tube, the nozzle of the tube was broken and its very difficult to pour the cream from the tube. Very bad experience and I cannot return also as it is non returnable

I bought it with doubts, because my scar is quite large. And surprisingly, it started disappearing in 6 weeks.Using it along with exfoliate face-wash. The changes have been noticeable. I will definitely buy it again.

Retinol % in this must be 0.000000001% because I've been using it for over 2 months and it has made 0 difference on my scars. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. This product is absolute trash. Do not buy.
