Q: What size are these...Small, Medium or Large?

I've been under the impression that these strips are all one size. The only difference between these strips is the strength of the band that is put inside to help lift your nostrils. I've been using the extra strength ones for over 5 years. I have not one complaint in regards to their performance.

Q: This breathe rite box was not the correct size or color, looked copied. inside the opened box was harmony life nasal strips, why?

You need to call customer service . DO NOT USE THEM ! The real breath right strips are easy to ready and labeled .
