What a great fire pit!!
If you are considering a gas fire pit, look no further. This company has figured out how to build a high quality product and get it to you without having it damaged. Working for a manufacturer, I understand the challenges of packaging a heavy product to ensure it arrives undamaged. These folks have it figured out!! It is well protected all the way around and as others have reported, unpacking takes longer than actual set-up. But that's OK. As far as the product itself, it's very well made, sturdy and easy to use. Very easy to fire it up and it comes with a nice cover to protect it. I would definitely buy from this company again.

With a little humidity, it falls apart
We bought this last year. It was somewhat damaged on delivery with a corner of the top damaged. The material appears to be somewhat like Plaster of Paris. The item is heavy and appeared sturdy and we figured we could fix it rather than trying to return (repackaging alone would have been a nightmare). The fire has been great and we have enjoyed the item. HOWEVER, this item is on a screened and vinyl windowed porch in north FL - not exactly exposed to harsh weather. No rain, but occasional damp weather. It has absorbed the dampness that is near it and is falling apart. The attached photo is the panel that one removes to change out the gas bottle. It should all look like the bottom portion but the entire paned is disintegrating. i had to pull portions of it out to find something solid to grab to remove the panel as the bottle had run out of gas. Not sure what this is made of or if it is a health hazard after disintegration but it is definitely getting the heave-hoo.

Great Value. Stunning Addition to our Yard.
Beautiful addition to our backyard. It was very easy to put together and it is light enough for my husband and I to lift easily. The propane tank is hidden inside. We haven't had a chance to show it off in person, but we've shown pics of it to our friends and they are impressed. The only con is that I pictured much heavier materials, but I am absolutely fine with that. Heavier materials would have made the item too difficult for us to move, and no doubt would have increased the cost. Shipping was fast and item was packaged well. We will definitely use this seller again.

The wife wanted a nice fire table
I purchased this to spruce up my patio a bit. The wife wanted a nice fire table, so after much research, this is the one we decided on.Design: (4 of 5) Nice design, aesthetically pleasing. I do have a couple of complaints, but not enough to merit more than a 1 star penalty. The rocks included aren't anything to write home about. We purchased some additional glass to put in, that really gave it a wow factor. Also, I wish there were a wind shield included to help buffer some of the wind. The exterior design is good, and there is plenty of surface area on top for drinks.Quality: (5 of 5) Sturdy build, if not a bit heavy. We cover it after it cools, and don't know how it will hold up to the elements. But for now, seems to be doing quite well.Function: (4 of 5) Does what it says its going to. A nice fire pit. First time starting up, it took a while for the gas to get through the lines. Otherwise starts up no problem every time. When the breeze comes along, it does tend to throw the flame around a bit (which I'm sure all tables have this same issue). Again, I wish there were a wind shield includedValue: (5 of 5) I thought it was a bit expensive at first, but so far it is holding up well. I recommend buying a separate cover to protect it further. New glass rock as well. I still feel like it is a quality product, and worth the price. My total star score reflects the lowest star rating in any individual category. An item can only be as good as its weakest component.

Beautiful!
I searched a long time for a sturdy gas fire table that looked like stone and did not require ANY assembly. This fit my needs perfectly. It looks fabulous in my back yard of stamped concrete. I used a mix of 30 lbs. of different colored fire glass diamonds (black, clear and amber) and it looks amazing. The most difficult part of getting it to work was removing it from the box. It was VERY well packaged for transport.

A great fire pit.
Overall, we absolutely love this fire pit.Pros; well made, easy to use, reasonably priced, cover is included.Cons; instructions are redundant, cumbersome to understand (even though it's easy enough to figure out), cover is on the flimsy side.Improvements/modifications I'd like to see; a sturdier cover that secures at the bottom, a hinged opening to access propane tank, clearer, streamlined instructions. What I'd really like to see , for an addition charge if necessary, or as a separate purchase, is a cover for the center of the fire pit so it can be used as a table when fire pit is not in use.

The product WON'T last in cold temps
I STRONGLY suggest that this product be avoided. I live in Michigan. I've had this product for under 4 years, and covered it each winter. Functionally, it still works well. It looked great for the first summer. The top is made of some sort of concrete and fiberglass compound. The surface color on the top began to flake after the first winter. After 2 winters, it was flaking off in chunks. After 3 winters it is exposing fibers that easily become slivers (in my hand). It was a hell of a lot of money to pay for something that you use outdoors, but can't handle the elements. A little research shows that I'm not alone.

Needs Firepit cover
Mine came with a dent/damage/missing piece from the gray faux top edge. It was from the box damage. Its about the size of a new pencil eraser if you removed it from the pencil eraser holder. I plan to try to fill it with faux wood filler and paint it. There is no top. So the lovely looking fire pit has no cover for the fire square glass area so you can't leave it uncovered. If it rained the metal in the fire-ring will get wet, rusting as it will ultimately anyway. I'm not sure if there is a drain hole under that fire-ring where water would gather because it is recessed but this would lead to faster deterioration.
