Update:After 3 weeks of use, I found out that this product is actually not stable, esp the middle connection part of the rod. The two rods are tightened using the tension of two metal pieces, which I thought was a good idea to connect and extend two rods in the first place but soon found out this is very dangerous. As you can see in the second picture, the middle of the rod is like a V shape.The connection became loose gradually and then finally fell down and hit my head.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It is a great solution for dividing up the room into two spaces. The stand is robust and heavy-duty. But sometimes the extension rods get stuck and are hard to pull.

This works good, easy to assemble if you pay attention. I'm not displeased, and it works for what I wanted, but if you are relying on this for a room divider, probably should look for something more sturdy. This holds the curtain that I bought and works as a backdrop but if I expanded it more, I think it would be a little unsteady. The feet are good but for large surface area should be larger.

Do not use around the elderly, children, pets or anyone else with possible soft noggins (including the designer). Packaging was terrible - which always seems to set up overall credibility of product. Bad packaging usually means bad product. Metal tubes are sturdy but the overall design is questionable (especially the longer the crossbar is). Feet (stands) are metal and relatively long, but way too lightweight to make this product sturdy. Slots at the top of each stand allow for limited angles. The cross rod sits rather precariously into a shallow slot - wear a helmet around it and you'll be ok. i think. Knobs to adjust are un-slightly, large, bulky (I have the black one). Luckily i am not JUST a complainer (lol) but also a problem-solver. I piled a bunch of dumbbells on top of the feet to make me feel better. I used strong black tape to secure all joints, and i used one stainless steel ceiling cable to secure mid-cross bar because during assembly the entire thing toppled (without any curtain/things attached) and pummeled my innocent dog with both noise and pain. Poor fella. He is still leery. Yes, i am using it as a 'room divider' but to hang very light weight canvas frames (paintings) with sturdy fishline for a floating display. Everything i will hang is much lighter and will remain stationary, than any type of curtain or drape, which moves when yanked. Room Divider? Buy a bigger house (safer). Can't drill holes in walls? Get a better landLord. Use this at your own peril. I may send a photo later...

I’m using this to divide the loft we have and give my son a little more privacy since it’s his room. Very easy to assemble and I love that it’s adjustable to be able to use it in many different size rooms. The stands are very stable and it’s working just like I envisioned.

THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THIS IS ITS PRETTY EXPENSIVE BUT ITS WORTH IT
