Love this coffee machine!! Amazing quality coffee & froths milks perfectly. Didn't come with any free capsules as stated but got in contact with nespresso & got some sent over

I had a Nespresso latisisma for a few years and then a creatista plus machine for the last 3, I recently sent it off for repair and missed it so much bought the creatista pro, I thought it wouldn’t be that much better just touch screen rather than using the button to select but I was so wrong. The pro is easy to use and set your own preferences, the machines pours the coffee and heats the milk at the same time, the steam wand makes perfect hot smooth frothy milk making a latte even tastier, when the machine has finished it clears the wand much more thoroughly than the plus and you are to complete a steam wand clean every day and oh boy does it clean the wand, it does a steam purge that takes a few minutes of constant steam which means less hassle to clean it. In summary the pro is very nice makes excellent coffee, as good as Costa or alike and I am very happy to own one and would highly recommend to any coffee lover.

Keeps needing to be descaled, every 1-2 weeks, which is annoying and costly. We've had it 2 years and it has now started coming up with a message that it needs cleaning even when it has been cleaned. The coffee is OK but not that special, not much variation between all the different options. Our old cheap machine made just the same coffee, and hardly ever needed descaling. Don't waste your money!

We chose the Sage Creatista Pro based on extensive research and a recommendation by Which? magazine. This is the most expensive implementation of Nespresso's pod machine, offering a high design aesthetic and adjustable brew parameters. The small form factor and ease of use persuaded us to go this route instead of opting for a larger, more complicated 'traditional' espresso or 'bean to cup' machine (we've previously owned Elektra Micro Casa Semiautomatica & Jura Impressa Z9 machines).Unfortunately we didn't have time to fully explore the Creatista Pro's capabilities as the pod loading mechanism broke after only four shots. The drinks we did manage to extract had good aroma and taste but the coffee was weak - we were expecting this and had planned to use two pods per cup.Sage customer support referred us to Nespresso, who suggested we return the item to the seller for an exchange/refund, rather than wait a month for a warranty repair. We've lost confidence in the product and opted for a refund - the wait time specified by Nespresso for a warranty repair is simply not acceptable on a £650 machine.We've since had a re-think, suspecting there is quite a high failure rate with these machines - as one reviewer of a similar product put it '(these) machines are destined for landfill once the warranty expires'. Perhaps that's a little harsh, but the sentiment is fair and a £650 write-down over two years is unacceptable. For the sake of the Planet we will be going back to a traditional, but fully-serviceable espresso machine - nowhere near as convenient, but much better coffee.

This machine was just under £400. At that price I was expecting a machine with instructions. I thought this was an easy fix and these could be posted or emailed to myself. Apparently the customer service person at idoodirect thought this was an added extra. my only recourse was to return for a refund, with the palaver this process involve My second machine(different supplier) has arrived with pods and instructions and I am happy with my coffee machine.
