Nice Computer
Really did like the unit, it is light, touchscreen, backlit keyboard is really a plus and I5 processor works really well!! Bought it for our daughter for college only got to use it long enough to set it up for her!! My next computer will be one of these!!

Absolute love this laptop
Awesome laptop. Touch screen is great. Speed of booting up is quick. The tab mode of keeping the laptop like a tent is great to watch a movie. Overall a great experience so far

Promoted as new but I doubt it was
-I got a message after two weeks of using the charger provided that it was not recognized?-The cap lock light did not work properly. It either stayed on or stayed off regardless of the cap lock status.-Microsoft edge browser would constantly close unexpectedly while in use-the screen’s quality was so bad that it was hard to readCurrently waiting for my refund to be processed

Keyboard problem within a month
I bought this laptop from amazom.com. Within a month, the keyboard is not working. Since I ordered it from Qatar, I want to transfer my ownership from the USA to Qatar to avail the warranty service. The main problem is that amazon randomly registered my personal information in the Dell system. And now they are not providing the details to me so that I can transfer my ownership.I highly recommend not to buy from other countries rather than the USA.
