Q: Can you touch screen tablet be used inside the tablet holder ?

Yes you can use when your tablet in the tablet holder. The protector will also retain the touch sensitivity and smoothness that you get when you use the display.

Q: Does this fold up neatly for storage?

Yes it can. Basically folds up around the tray cause you don’t want to fold that part or it won’t be as sturdy. Worked great for our 4 year old.

Q: Will this work for an older kid in a captain seat?

My grand daughter used it in a booster car seat and it was perfect. Hope this helps.

Q: Will this fit on a rear-facing car seat?

Yes it does! Our 2 year old is rear facing and it fits her Graco car seat. It's slightly slanted but does the job just fine!
