Unfortunately this model will no longer be supported - therefore when its time to upgrade i will have to choose a different phone - cant have a phone that is not supported by mfg. updates and security.

I've only had my phone about three weeks and the charging port is already wore out. It won't charge at all so now it's just a very expensive paper weight.

As you can see, everything is black and white on the phone.. that’s makes it hard to read!, this is the longest time it’s stayed this way.. usually it’s black and white for a few minutes.. but it’s been this way since last night!, another recent problem has come up, that when someone texts me, when I click n the icon, it will not go to the text, but to my phone BUT NOT TO WHO SENT THE TEXT!! Never again will I buy a LG Anything!! They used to make fabulous phones, and that’s why, I purchased this one and cause it has 6 mg of ram!! Most other brands have 3 maybe 4 mg of ram, if your lucky!! And another problem I have been having is it keeps telling me to use the charging cord that came with the phone. I was using that but it still keeps telling me to use the original that I am using.. I even purchased from the AT&T store a new charging cord, but it still takes over 8 hours to fully charge!! And I have to wrap the cord around the phone and put a binder clip on in order to keep the charging going, and it has to stand on the charging port!! Btw, cause I had to to do this I broke the protective glass screen..DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS..

Broken charger port. And nothing but stress anxiety and b******* trying to get it turned back in. I know they won't replace it. Hope you have a printer or you'll be driving all over town at $5 a gallon for gas and however much it costs to get it printed plus however many miles it takes to get back and your SOL

This phone arrived much faster then expected. Its a replacement phone of the same kind and works wonderfully.

The phone came perfectly wrapped for transit. Everything the seller states on their site is spot on! They are a GREAT HELP because my order was lost in transient and they were already telling me they will refund my money!! Thankfully my phone was found after 4 days and all is well.. I cannot believe how above and beyond this company went IN MINUTES!! My husband loves the phone, definitely unlocked, we are on Mint Mobile, all with ease in the transfer from old phone to new.. I would DEFINITELY do business with them in the future!!
