I asTarted taking Rhodiola because I heard it helped with energy and weight loss, both which I need help with. They seemed to help a lot and j definitely noticed a difference in my mood. I was taking another brand that my holistic doctor recommended, and I actually had to ask her about them because they didn’t seem to work nearly as well as these. I paid a little more but it was worth the money because I noticed a difference. The pills were easy for me to swallow and felt like they were high quality.
