I love this CC, and use this one exclusively now. Despite being bright white, it does not alter the paint. My dark navy stays dark navy, and black stays black.

Hello, To make chalk paint you will need: 1-2 cups of calcium carbonate depending on how chalky you want your paint 4 tablespoons of hot water 1 quart of latex flat or satin paint Add the hot water to the Calcium Carbonate and mix well until it is a smooth paste. Once finished add the quart of latex paint and stir. Once mixed thoroughly your DIY Chalk paint is ready to use.
