Q: Has anyone used them with acrylics?

These paintbrushes are definantly best suited for watercolor and gouache and high flow inks. Definantly not for acrylics due to how soft and absorbent they are. They hold their tip well and don't lose hair. In regards to the posters above they are using the product incorrectly or are not taking good care of them (unless they got a dud or dupe.)

Q: Are these brushes made of real animal hair or is it fake?

They are synthetic, not real hair brushes.

Q: Do these brushes shed or lose bristles?

I haven't had any trouble with lose bristles or shedding.

Q: Does this come with a 3/8” angled watercolor brush?

No there isn't. The 3/8" brush is square. The brushes are really good quality though.
