Q: Is there a way to turn up microphone. I can hear the audio fine but people cannot hear me well, and I am right on top of it.

My purchase of this item was for our group to hear the speaker through Zoom. So I'll describe to you what I encountered. The speaker sound (output) is controlled by my computer and couldn't go any higher/louder. I'm assuming it's the same way for speaking/microphone (input) aspect. I also found out that the microphone on my computer had to have a headset plugged in as other noises were being picked up by the computer speaker and breaking up the sound.

Q: Can i purchase a replacement USB cord for this?

I wanted the USB cord a that was longer and couldn't find one. So, I would imagine that finding ANOTHER USB cord that would connect with your computer isn't available.

Q: Does this mic work well for karaok singers?

Never used it for it, but should be fine
