Q: Will this keep mice out?

Possibly it will slow them down, or redirect them, as soft plastic casing and sponge inside, isn't something they'll want to chew. It's a clever idea, it doesn't stop draughts without a cloth style draft excluder over it, but it makes it less like a gale. It's quite a clever idea, but likely won't last more than a few months if constant use. I take mine off by day, put it back at nights. And l'll likely need a replacent with a year.
