Nescafe Coffee, Espresso Whole Roasted Coffee Beans, Made in Puerto Rico, Sustainable Products, 2 lb Bag

Purchased for office machine and it was excellent! Arrived on time and the coffee was very good, the office decided to buy these for the next refill.

So I got my order today and well the coffee is not the same as it indicated in the purchase. Also this coffee isn't made in or a product of puerto rico which is upsetting. I was really hoping it was as it promotes it that way. This bag of coffee doesn't even match the on in the picture. This bag is black and green. I was really looking forward to the coffee I thought I was getting. Very disappointed 😞

As a coffee lover, I decided to try these beans because they are from Puerto Rico and I never knew PR had coffee farms. Then, come to find out that Nescafe is actually working with the farmers on the island to bring the industry back from the hurricane a few years ago. So I felt good about the purchase. I cracked the bag open last week and was met with an amazing aromatic. Even before grinding these beans made my mouth water. And my finished cup, delicious. Will be buying these again.

I tried to put aside my impression of Nescafe as an instant coffee when I ground and tasted these beans, but the flavor, while world's better than instant, harkens back to days when people didn't know better when it came to full-flavored coffee. In an espresso machine, these beans don't deliver the rich, bold coffee I'd express. Although they do work better in an auto-drip machine, the brew still isn't good enough for me to look forward to a cup. It's okay -- not bad but also not good. Even with extra, just-ground beans, the flavor is flat, more like a doughnut shop coffee than an espresso roast.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

I’m usually a Lavazza person when it comes to my coffee beans but from time to time I like to try new varieties. I’m so glad I did because these coffee beans brew a really nice balanced shot with a generous layer of crema on top. I wasn’t sure what to expect from coffee beans from Puerto Rico, but they certainly have a fruity aftertaste that I enjoyed! I’m looking forward to enjoying the rest of these beans.

Both the image and description for this product indicate Puerto Rican origin but we ordered two bags that are Brazilian beans. The company doesn't seem to care as they think coffee is coffee but I specifically bought this because it purported to be Puerto Rican coffee. They don't take returns so I'm stuck with this purchase.

I got two of these packets of Nescafe whole beans from Puerto Rico and we love it. I’m gifting one to my sister as we grew up drinking Nescafé. Has the right intensity and flavor for our freshly ground and brewed cup of coffee. Keeping it in air tight container once open...also helps!

LOVE this coffee. I just got into grinding my own coffee beans and was excited to try this one out. The espresso is rich, flavorful and bold. Exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely purchase again.
