I have been using this Apple Pencil "holder" for years, and just purchased several more for myself and others at my place of business. It is well made and lasts a long time. I LOVE that it has a secure SNAP (and for me, I have had NO issues with the snap). I have never had ANY issues with it other than normal wear in the leather that developed after YEARS of use. This is a well made utility item that makes it easy to keep your Apple Pencil both protected AND easily available for use with a given iPad. WELL worth the price...

The snap came out of the case. Upon contacting the supplier, they were prompt in getting a new one sent out and in our hands within 48 hours. They asked for pictures for their internal quality control, but were pleasant and prompt in making this right.

Was looking for something to store a USI pen with the Lenovo Duet and this was perfect. It's not too loose, and fits perfect on the back cover of the Leno Duet so you can keep it on at all times even while in use as a kickstand. Works well with both the official Lenovo USI pen, as well as the Penoval USI pen. Basically slide the pen until the clip reaches the button clasp, and you're able to close it securely. Looks really nice with the Lenovo Duet, and I like that it has a button clasp to keep the pen securely stored.

Looks and fits as advertised, feels good quality.However, now that it has arrived, I'm not so sure about the design and where exactly I'm supposed to put it on my iPad case. I have a case (by the same company, in the same color) that covers the front and then also flips around to work as a stand - like most iPad cases these days. The problem with this pencil case is that if I put it on the back of the case, then the iPad doesn't lay flat when you set it down on a surface - it is on top of the pencil. But if I put it on the front, then the Pencil is underneath the iPad when I try to use the case as a stand, which means it doesn't lay flat and is also inconvenient to get at the pencil. I guess I could put this on the back and always lay the iPad face down when I lay it down on a desk, but then I can't just flip open the cover to see notifications without picking it up.So, the item looks exactly like the picture, but I'm not sure it will really be useful for me. Maybe one of those sticky pen loops for the side of my case would be more useful, or just a separate pencil case like I used to carry around when I was in school.ETA: I see in some of the pictures people are using it with cases that prop up the iPad in a different way than mine does - so maybe I need a different kind of case to use with this.

This item is a must have especially for students. But it can be little bit annoying when trying to slide your pencil into it. Design is okay, while durability is some who on point.

As someone who has lost, dropped, and misplaced an Apple Pencil several times over the years, this item is perfect. It secures the pen and the pen tip (which can be dented and become inoperable if dropped) in an easily accessible pen pouch that looks good and functions perfectly!

Will not fit if you have a silicone sleeve over your Apple pencil. Elastic fits over the iPad case, but silicone-coated pencil won't fit into the pencil holder. I need the silicone because I have muscle twitches that cause me to drop my pencil.

Portability, size are very good
